A 54,000 m² holiday development set into the landscape of Muğla; a masterplan bringing a modern fabric of 160 villas together with shared amenities.
Pools, footpaths and playgrounds were arranged around a centre that draws residents together. The placement of the tennis court, sports facilities and planted areas was resolved through a plan that balances active and passive recreation.
The facades of the villas follow modern architectural lines, while terraces with private pools set up a life closely bound to the landscape. At this scale, the continuity of the shared spaces and the coherence of the whole are what determine the experience.
