1. General Approach
This site is an informational site presenting our work. There is no membership, user login or online payment. Our aim is to process only the minimum data required, transparently and for specified purposes.
2. What Data We Collect
If you only browse the site, we do not ask you for personal data. Personal data is collected solely through the consultation request form, which you complete voluntarily (name and surname, telephone, e-mail, province/district, project information and optional images). The purposes of processing, the legal grounds and the retention periods for this data are explained in detail in the KVKK Data Protection Notice.
3. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for marketing, analytics or user behaviour tracking purposes; no data is stored in your browser for these purposes and for this reason no cookie consent is requested. Because the typefaces are hosted on our own server, no data is transmitted to third parties.
4. Third-Party Tools and Services
The site contains no advertising, tracking (analytics) or social media pixels or tools. Only the infrastructure providers required for the technical provision of the service are used: Netlify (hosting and form submission; servers abroad) and Natro (e-mail infrastructure). 5. Data Security
The site and the form run entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The site has no database or user login; form records may be accessed only by the data controller and by authorised infrastructure providers, limited to the technical delivery of the service.
6. Retention
Your consultation request form data is retained for a maximum of 6 months and is erased at the end of that period. For details, see the KVKK Data Protection Notice §6.
7. Your Rights and Application
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, and the application methods for exercising those rights, are explained in the KVKK Data Protection Notice §11–12.
8. Changes
When this policy is updated, the date above will be changed; significant changes will be announced on the site.
